About MeI have spent the past 15 years working as a TV news correspondent in Canada, Asia and Europe. I began in Montreal and Toronto as a local reporter, worked as a political correspondent in national news in Ottawa for several years before moving to international reporting as a network bureau chief in Beijing in 2009 and then London in 2011.
I've covered a lot of breaking news but also a wide range of countries and topics including general elections, international summits, social issues and human rights, natural disasters, and conflicts in Afghanistan, Libya and Ukraine, as well as hundreds of feature stories. I have a Graduate Degree in Journalism and a BA in Political Science. I'm fully fluent in English and French. |
